■ ATHERTON Collieries rallied from a goal down to overcome Chasetown thanks to an inspired half-time substitution from manager Danny Lafferty.
The first half saw the home side in control but they struggled to create chances, apart from Colls forward Harry Showman, who was denied by a stunning point-blank save.
Seconds before the interval, they found themselves behind, with Joey Butlin turning in from close range.
