T HREE Bridges won the Isthmian South East league title for the first time in their history after defeating AFC Whyteleafe.
Bridges thought they went ahead in the ninth minute, but Noel Leighton’s effort was disallowed for offside.
Aaron Goode went narrowly wide in the 17th minute from a Leafe corner.
The home side opened up Bridges in the 28th minute, as Eniola Hassan hit a strong shot after a creative move with Mannie Mensah, but Sam Roberts was equal to the effort and saved well.
