■ON Easter Monday, Slimbridge won the Premier Division championship and returned to the Southern League after a three-year absence, with a 3-2 victory at Tuffley Rovers, while their close rivals Droitwich Spa were beaten 5-3 by Hereford Pegasus.
Yesterday, Droitwich won 3-1 at Worcester Raiders with goals by Josh Hurdman, Alex Dugmore and Ben Tilbury. In second place are Roman Glass St George who beat Slimbridge 3-1 with goals from Loui Ward, Laurent Wilson and Joe McLennon.
Second-from-bottom Cribbs beat visitors Cinderford Town 2-1 with Arron Sweete and Joel Smith netting.
