Aaron Eyett was red carded in the first half, and as the Wakes looked to be heading in level, a handball allowed Boldmere’s Tolani Omotola to slot home a penalty, and Kyle Byrne added a second quickly after the break.
The Wakes’ Robbie Ellis scored after 60 minutes and Lewis Darlington equalised moments later.
