CRAY Valley lost their brave bid to avoid the drop despite coming from behind to win at Princes Park.
Carshalton’s victory over St Albans sank the Millers, who saw Makise Evans force a fine save from Jonny Henly while Alfie Newby had an effort blocked in the opening half with Kevin Lisbie’s side looking the likeliest to score. The
hosts responded via Eddie Dsane, who scored his 16th goal of the season following good work by Callum Jones, as the Darts struck into a 33rd-minute lead.
