FARNHAM Town secured the runners-up spot – and more importantly the home tie in the play-offs against Berkhamsted on Wednesday – as they ran out victors at Tiverton Town.
Both sides could have scored before the deadlock was broken – Bobby-Joe Taylor firing over while at the other end Jacob Wellington couldn’t lift an effort over Mike Eacott.
Farnham did take the lead after just eight minutes as Taylor stepped inside off the wing and curled a lovely strike into the top corner of Marko Radovanvic’s goa...
