ASHINGTON ended the
■ season on a high with a goal-bonanza performance against Lincoln United at Woodhorn Lane.
Three goals in the opening quarter of an hour from Liam Henderson, Josh Gilchrist and Louis Burns set the tone, before Harvey Cribb reduced the deficit.
Ollie Thompson then added a fourth for the home side before half-time.
In the second period Rory Powell made it 5-1 then Lincoln sub Haydn Harvard netted.
The visitors had Connor Brown sent off for a second yellow before Sam Swinn cut the arrears further.
