Salam bagged his first after three minutes by unleashing from outside the box, a curled balled up the left for Stanley Hewitt to chip over Acquah after 18 minutes, Ben Farrar opted to cut in from left rather than cross, and Alex Markham slotted unmarked low from a corner.
