THAME beat Hitchin to secure their play-off semi-final place and will return to Top Field on Wednesday.
Hitchin were already guaranteed home advantage in the play-offs and took the opportunity to rest a number of players.
This meant Thame were able to take control of the game and led after nine minutes when Gregory Hackett scored from close range.
