PENYBONT boss Rhys Griffiths was bemoaning the fact his side hadn’t been awarded a penalty all season before the European Play-Off semi-final against Colwyn Bay, yet when it came to spot kicks at the end, they were perfect.
A nervy 0-0 draw sent the game to a shoot-out to decide who meets the winner of today’s second semi-final between Barry Town United and Haverfordwest County. They may have been out of practice, but they won 5-3 without missing.
