STANWAY Rovers won promotion to Step 3 by beating Redbridge on penalties after a goalless 120 minutes in front of a record crowd of 1,043 at the FND & KMCO Community Stadium.

For Rovers it is a second consecutive promotion after winning the Essex Senior League last season.
