Wembley experience is lacking

ONCE again, I have to complain about the poor Wembley experience – and I am not talking about the lack of goals or excitement in both FA Trophy and FA Vase finals.
Upon arrival you are faced with sad looking staff all dressed in black as if the event is for a funeral not a fun day out for fans with families.
They act like policemen who would rather be somewhere else and when approached are not really interested in answering any questions about the day.
