TOMMY SMITH has described his World Cup call by New Zealand as the ‘icing on the cake’ of his career.
The 36-year-old defender will appear on the biggest stage of them all for the second time in a glittering 58-cap international career where he played every minute of the All Whites’ last campaign 16 years ago in South Africa.
