STANWAY Rovers must negotiate their first ever Step 3 season with a new manager following the departure of boss Jamie Shaw. Shaw led Rovers to a second successive promotion following victory over Redbridge in last season’s Isthmian North play-off final. Now, however, the former Rovers player and AFC Sudbury captain has decided to step down, leaving the club looking to fill the void ahead of their first ever Isthmian Premier Division campaign.
