Love Storey is over for Heed as duo reunite

CARLISLE United boss Rob Elliot says having his “trusted” number two Louis Storey will help boost the Cumbrians’ promotion ambitions.
Player-coach Storey, 32, turned down the offer a new deal at Gateshead to join Elliot at Brunton Park following the boss’ switch last month.
Since re-joining Gateshead for a second spell in January, Storey helped Elliot make up an 11-point deficit to somehow maintain their National League status.
