NON-LEAGUE clubs across the land braved the heatwave to get back on the grass yesterday as early preparations for the 2026-27 season officially got underway.
Amid sweltering temperatures nationwide, players and coaches dusted down the cobwebs for the start of pre-season training, while some friendly fixtures even took place to kickstart the summer schedule.
