SEASIDERS SEEK TO GO ONE BETTER

IT’S difficult not to have a degree of sympathy for Felixstowe & Walton United after all their efforts last season.
For a second season running, the Seasiders were pipped to the Isthmian North title on goal difference by Maldon & Tiptree after notching a mammoth 97 points.
They then went down 3-2 at home to fifth-placed Redbridge in the play-off semi-finals.
