WHITBY came from behind to beat hosts Leek thanks to goals from Stuart Rose and Callum Hickman as the new campaign got underway.
The Blues got off to the perfect start within just 12 minutes, as a long ball over the top found Jack Griffiths, who attempted to go around the goalkeeper but was denied, however Alex Panter fired home the ball into an empty net to give Town the ideal way to kick-off the new campaign.
