Andrews shines in Comrades victory

BERKHAMSTED started the season in style with a solid home win over Havant thanks to Jonathan Lacey’s first-half penalty and a second-half strike by Luke Andrews.
After a quiet opening 20 minutes, the visitors played a couple of dangerous balls into the Berkhamsted penalty area which were dealt with well.
The Comrades took the lead just before half-time. Lacey’s 41st-minute corner picked out James Gurteen but he was pulled back by Mason Hunter and the referee awarded a penalty to the home side.
