WINCHESTER City began life in the Isthmian with a big win over Egham Town, with Ollie Balmer scoring a brace on the season’s opening day, just like last year.
Balmer’s first came in the second minute when he convertd a cross from the right and his second came with a well executed lob in the 15th minute.
Egham’s hopes of getting back in the game received a blow when Ryan Carroll scored won his debut, on the stroke of half-time.
