THIS top-seven precursor for next weekend’s FA Cup showdown between the sides in Derbyshire went the way of South Shields.
The dominasnt Mariners scored twice in each half to record their biggest win of the season and make it 11 unopposed goals in their last two outings. Buxton had a golden chance to go in front after a mistake from Ethan Mann allowed Tony Weston a one-on-one, but his effort was saved by Jasper Sheik.
