THE points were shared between Ashford United and Horley Town in a topsy-turvy game yesterday.
It was the visitors who got the breakthrough after just four minutes, when Yaw Antwi-Boasiako cut the ball across to Elijah Simpson who fired home his first goal for Horley.
However, two goals in as many minutes turned the game in the favour of Craig Stone’s side. Michael West scored with a fine strike from outside the area, before Gary Lockyer’s effort saw Ashford go into the break 2-1 up.
