Before we continue with this week’s update can I clarify the Salisbury City issue at the end of February 2013.

Before we commence with this week’s update, allow me just to clear up a couple of points which have caused confusion recently.

We have now moved into March and that means one thing – we can now name the February Manager of the Month.

I have received a couple of emails and calls this week asking about the Doodson Sports Cup third round game between Sheffield FC and North Ferriby United.

We are now halfway through the month of February and that means we only have about ten weeks of full fixtures left to go.

So, again the weather played havoc with the competition with conditions in the north of the country in particular unhelpful.

Fell Runners are the £100 winners of the December 2012 Manager of the Month prize after finishing with 1,441 points – 15 ahead of nearest rivals SandGate Chap, who claimed £50 for second.

The deadline has now passed to make your substitutions, so now is the time for you to start thinking whether or not you have made the correct decisions!

With Christmas fast approaching it’s the perfect opportunity to remind you that there are just 15 days until the end of the notification deadline for substitutions.
