I READ with interest your piece in yesterday’s NLP regarding the application of Covid regulations. The message put forward is to be applauded.
However, I was dismayed at what I saw at my first match back at a local club in the FAC Prelims. Despite efforts by the club and a pre-match announcement, there was no effort by the fans to pay any heed to Covid regs. The teams did not set the correct example either.
