The champagne was flowing at Clarence Park as Folkestone Invicta secured the victory they needed to clinch the title at St Albans City.
The Saints threatened to spoil the party when Sam Smart fired them into a shock eighth-minute lead.
But goals either side of the break from Jake Hutchinson and captain Kevin Lokko ensured victory, much to the delight of boss Jay Saunders.
