2022 Champions League Final

It is no secret that the Champions League final of the 2021/2022 season was under close attention for many people. Bloggers, who constantly raise their ratings, buy real Instagram followers and advertising, have strengthened the news background and warmed up great interest in this event among devoted fans.

Many people were waiting for the match, but for some, it was impossible to get to the stadium. The start of the game was postponed several times for security reasons. As a result, the game started 37 minutes late. There were huge lines at the entrance to the stadium, which prevented many fans from getting to their seats in time.

Madrid’s 14th title

On May 29, the final meeting in the Parisian suburb of Saint-Denis ended. As a result, the Spanish soccer club Real defeated the English Liverpool 1-0 and won the tournament for the 14th time in history.

A winning goal came from Real Madrid forward, Vinicius Júnior. The Brazilian striker scored in the 59th minute with an assist from midfielder Federico Valverde. The 21-year-old Brazilian became the youngest scorer of a Champions League final from the period of 2009. At the time, Barcelona forward Lionel Messi scored a goal for Manchester United at the age of 21.

This goal was the fourth for the Brazilian striker in the current Champions League. Vinicius Junior also has six assists in the current season. He became one of the best assistants in the tournament.
In 2021, he became the most expensive player on the planet, he was valued at $166 million. Therefore, Vinicius is often at the center of information noise, attracting the attention of opinion leaders who constantly raise their zone of influence, set up ads, buy Instagram followers, and highlight the rising soccer star even more.

Why Klopp couldn’t beat Ancelotti

The victory of Real Madrid is the merit of Carlo Ancelotti. He is the most titled trainer and became the record holder for the number of Champions League victories among coaches. He won the trophy twice with Milan and Real Madrid.

Carlo Ancelotti says that the match was difficult, and they had a hard time in the first half. But taking into account their whole journey in the tournament, they deserved this victory. They did it through skill, dedication, and the rich history of the club. As a result, they achieved what no one expected from them at the start of the season.

Liverpool and Real Madrid showed two different philosophies in this match. Liverpool played on the attack and tried to dominate, while Real Madrid used more counterattacking tactics that led to the victory. Liverpool played most of the match more effectively but still could not break the level that Real have today, could not realize the advantages they had and lost another final.

Liverpool head trainer, Jurgen Klopp, commented that the problem is that when they play against Real Madrid, the team defends so deep and counterattacks are deadly. The trainer says they accept defeat. Even though they did a lot of things right, it wasn’t enough.

It is worth taking into account that the Champions League final was already the 63rd game held by Liverpool this season and it is felt that the team is tired, not even physically but mentally. They had to fight for two FA Cups of England, that’s why Liverpool in the last month was in much more tension than Real.
