FLINT TOWN UNITED stayed at the heart of the title race in the JD Cymru Premier league thanks to three first-half goals yesterday.
As league leaders The New Saints won 4-1 at Bala, and reigning champions Connah’s Quay Nomads triumphed 1-0 in Aberystwyth, the pressure was on the Silkmen to pick up maximum points at home.
