I believe the children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way. Not my words, reader, the words of tragically deceased songstress Whitney Houston. Whatever she was warbling about, it didn’t do her any good, but the sentiment could easily be applied to Non-League football.
Traditionally associated with an older crowd, for obvious reasons this model is unsustainable in the long term and clubs should be doing all they can to attract the next generation of supporters.
