GROUND SHARE IS SECURITY FOR 1874

1874 NORTHWICH believe they can now make plans for the future with confidence after extending a ground-share arrangement with Barnton.
The Northern Premier League outfit announced this week that they have reached an agreement to play home games at Townfield for the next five seasons.
An existing deal was due to expire in May.
“This gives both clubs the security they need to continue the improvement of facilities at the ground,” said chairman Steve Richardson.
