FORMER Blackburn Rovers and Barrow midfielder Lewis Hardcastle is back in the game a year after being forced to retire from playing because of a heart condition.Hardcastle has taken his first step in management after having been appointed as head coach of North West Counties Division One North strugglers Daisy Hill as they step up their fight against relegation.The 23-year-old, who has also played for Salford City and Port Vale, helped Barrow promotion from the National League under their former manager Ian Evatt two years ago.A Daisy Hill statement said: “We look forward ...
