AS a British Asian, I’ve always felt there was a lack of football agencies championing the under-represented or supporting footballers who’d fallen out of the professional game back into the pro ranks.
With that in mind I set up consultancy, advocacy and representation organisation, Be. in late 2020. It meant looking in Non-League and beyond where there’s little help for players when it’s these guys who need it most.
