PAUL Bonham has stepped down as manager of Spartan South Midlands Premier outfit Leighton Town while waiting to undergo a serious operation on his back.
“I have enjoyed my time at the club, and I am very disappointed that it has ended like this,” Bonham said.
Bonham’s number two Ant Christophi has also left leaving Under 18s manager James Heeps and Under 14s/16s boss Enzo Silvestri to run the Bedfordshire Senior Cup finalists on a caretaker basis.
