BRAINTREE boss Ryan Maxwell says Non-League footballers must prepare better for life after playing – and is offering to help.
The Iron manager wants to encourage players into work so they have a fall-back option if they don’t return to the professional game or for when they hang their boots up.
Maxwell believes too many players who fall out of the professional game don’t know which way to turn to support their income.
