TONY IS BECK ON BOARD

FORMER fans’ favourite Tony Beckingham has returned to take charge of Southern Counties East Premier side Erith & Belvedere.
The former Chatham Town and Holmesdale boss scored 64 goals for the Deres when he played for them during 2011-13.
He will be assisted by Tony Cornwell and Andy Constable as they plan a renewed bid for promotion.
Replacing joint bosses Danny Murphy and Marlon Patterson, Beckingham said: “I am honoured to be on board and we will do our best to emulate the achievements of some very good managers.”
