HALF-A-DOZEN REFS PROMOTED TO TOP FLIGHT

SIX new referees will officiate in the National League top flight next season.
Aaron Bannister (West Riding), Wayne Cartmel (Bedfordshie), Matt Corlett (Liverpool), Ed Duckworth (Lancashire), Sam Mulhall (Cheshire) and Jason Richardson (Herts & Bucks) were promoted after successful seasons in the National League North and South divisions.
Corlett refereed the North play-off final between York City and Boston United while Richardson was in charge of the South final between Dorking Wanderers and Ebbsfleet United.
