CHRIS MILLINGTON wants to cure FC Halifax Town of its stepping stone tag and establish itself among the National League big boys.
Former assistant to Pete Wild, Millington was promoted to the top job at The Shay after Wild left the club to join Barrow last week.
It follows another successful season in West Yorkshire after the Shaymen defied all the odds again to record a fourth place finish, only to be knocked out of the playoffs at the eliminator stage, by Chesterfield.
