MATT Cusack has been appointed as manager of Toolstation Western Premier side Helston Athletic. Teacher Cusack had previously been head coach of Southern Premier outfit Plymouth Parkway and before then at Saltash United. At Kellaway Park, the UEFA B coach takes over from Steve Massey who, during his five years in charge, took Helston from the South West Peninsula Premier West Division up to Step 5. Massey, who led Helston to a ninth-place finish last season, will continue in his role as the club’s director of football.
