KEEPER IRISH IN FUNDS APPEAL FOR PAL

TAUNTON TOWN goalkeeper Lloyd Irish is helping to lead the appeal for funds to help a South African cricketer who was left fighting for his life after being attacked on a night out.
The long-serving number one, who has rejoined the Peacocks for the coming season, plays each summer for North Petherton CC, whom Mondli Khumalo, a former South Africa Under-19 international, had joined this season as an overseas player.
