Relegation reprieves are reward for failure
I WATCH a lot of local football at Steps 6 and 7. Looking at the composition of various leagues for the 2022-23 season, I notice that many clubs who finished in a relegation position, have been reprieved or reinstated for one reason or another.
This in turn has the knock-on effect for those clubs eligible for promotion, who are therefore denied it.
