NEW manager Luke Williams believes evolution rather than revolution will be key as he bids to take Notts County back into the Football League.
Since their relegation three years ago, the Magpies have suffered a triple dose of playoff pain. The latest saw Notts lose an agonising home eliminator to Grimsby, who went on to secure promotion back into the EFL at the first attempt.
