PRIZE: Banbury United pick up Team of the Year

I WAS delighted to read Banbury United picked up the Team of the Year at The NLP’s National Game Awards (June 19).
The Puritans enjoyed an excellent season winning the Southern League Premier Central.
That they pipped so many other teams who would have been deserving of such an award is a credit to all at the club.
I think we’ve seen from previous clubs that they can go into the new season in the National League North with confidence. Good Luck!
