SWANS PICK WILSON

MARK Wilson has been appointed as the new manager of Stapenhill.
The former Borrowash Victoria, Rocester, South Normanton and Holbrook Sports manager fills the void left by the departure of Scott Wilson, who has taken over at Heather St John’s.
A former Derby County trainee who also played for Belper Town, Hednesford Town, Spalding United and Mickleover Sports, Wilson will be assisted by former Gresley FC coach and manager Wayne Thornhill.
The Midland League outfit came third in Division One last season.
The Swans finished 17 points behind champions Atherstone Town.
