FORMER FC United and Ashton United player Chris Baguley has taken over as manager of Atherton Laburnum Rovers – and has made it a family affair.
Baguley replaces Nick Matthews, who has moved upstairs to become the North West Counties Division One North outfit’s head of recruitment.
The new management team will also include Baguley’s brothers Jamie and Mark.
Chris said: “It’s an exciting opportunity for me to hopefully drive the club forward, which I think it deserves. I have my own lads coming on board with me who I have worked with before.”...
