CORBY Town life-president Gerry Lucas, the man dubbed ‘Mr Steelmen’ has passed away.
Mr Lucas undertook a number of roles with the NPL Midlands club, including that as match reporter for The NLP for many years.
Requesting former acquaintances share their memories of Gerry for a commemmorative edition of next week’s programme, the club tweeted: “In times of grief it is the kind words that can bring us all together, and we want these memories to live on.
