ILKESTON Town have been handed a welcome early Christmas present – in the shape of former Football League ace Lee Tomlin.
The 33-year-old, who has made nine appearances for Doncaster Rovers in League Two this season, has agreed a deal to become player-coach of the Southern Premier Central club after announcing his professional retirement.
