WHEN a new manager comes into a job mid-season it’s often a firefighting job – but that couldn’t be further from the truth for Andy Constable.
His Erith & Belvedere side have been one of the standout sides in Step 5 this season and went into the weekend leading the Southern Counties East Premier by a whopping 20 points, having won 16 of their 19 league games.
