THORNBURY Town have received recognition from the very top for their community work – on the doorstep of 10 Downing Street!
The Hellenic League side enjoyed a date with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak last week after being named Community Champions for their constituency.
Chairman Pete Webber and vice-chairman Graham Smith joined Thornbury and Yate MP Luke Hall for a special visit to London alongside other community champions from across the country, celebrating and sharing their inspiring work to support their local communities.
