FC HALIFAX Town boss Chris Millington has backed Jesse Debrah to thrive in the EFL – despite a move to Barnsley breaking down.
Debrah, 22, sparkled for the Shaymen last term and was offered a bumper deal to remain with the National League side.
However, the centre-back’s departure was confirmed on Wednesday and he was widely expected to join the Tykes after holding talks with the League One side.
