FA CHIEF HAS HOPE FOR REFS’ STRATEGY

CHIEF executive Mark Bullingham is confident The FA’s new strategy for grassroots refereeing in England will bring rich dividends.
The governing body’s blueprint, titled ‘To Grow, Guide and Govern’, outlines four key transformational goals through to 2026. They are:
● Improving referee experience – Introducing new rewards and recognition, and the implementation of behavioural change initiatives, including the trial of bodycams for grassroots referees.
