THE chairman of the Midland Football League has called for clubs to unite against the perpetrators of racial abuse – but to try and hold off on abandoning matches. Three separate reports of racist remarks emanating from members of the crowd at MFL matches have been reported across an eight-day period with two matches abandoned.
